Jackson Ude, a Global Peace Ambassador, Strategic Communication Expert, and an Investigative Journalist has taken to his Twitter handle @jacksonpbn to make a claim that the flag bearer of the Labour Party, Peter Gregory Obi didn’t travel to Egypt to understudy its education, power and finance sector as he claimed.
According to Jackson Ude, the former governor of Anambra state is attending an annual general meeting of Afreximbank in Cairo, not understudying the country’s education, power and finance sector.
“BUSTED: Peter Obi is attending the Annual General Meeting, AGM of Afreximbank in Cairo, Egypt and not understudying Egypt’s Education, Power and Finance Sector. The Afreximbank AGM is a gathering of the Bank’s shareholders to appraise performance. PO should not lie to Nigerians.”
The claim made by Jackson Ude sparked mixed reactions and he was accused of being biased and sentimental with his investigation because he didn’t disclose the agenda of the meeting going on in Cairo.
